1. Fill-in the reservation form
- The reservation will be completed only after the form submitted and payment success.
- You will receive notice by email in 2 days after the reservation is completed.
2. Reservation completed
- After CallCarBar confirm the details of your request and match your request with a driver, the transfer information will be sent to you by email.
- You can change the details of your reservation 24 hours prior to pick-up date, but not all re-arrangements are guaranteed to be accepted. If the reservation is canceled, payment will be refunded to you.
- Changes made in 24 hours prior to your pick-up date are not acceptable, If the reservation is canceled, payment will not be refunded to you.
- After the driver arrive the designed location, s/he will contact you via phone.
- If the driver has waiting for you longer than 30 minutes and still can’t reach you. The reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund.
3. Reservation fail
- Reasons for failed reservation:
- Reservations that are not 48 hour to 1 month prior to the pick-up time.
- No driver/car available.
- Incomplete information.
- If the reservation is failed, you’ll be informed by email and refunded.
- If the driver doesn’t show-up at the designed location in time, please contact customer service https://goo.gl/VZi1jd, and we will make re-arrangements for you.
- If there is a Typhoon or other force majeure clauses that result in the amendment/cancelation of your booking. please contact customer service https://goo.gl/VZi1jd to change/cancel your reservation.
- As above mentioned, for the safety assurance of driver, if there’s a school and office closures declared by government due to any reasons. CallCarBar has the right to cancel the transfer service, and will notice you in advance, full refund will be guaranteed.
